Remembering Jens

Hey guys,

It's been a long week, hasn't it? I'm still processing the whole thing, and still reeling from the loss. Everyone I've been in contact with has said the same.

So, with that in mind, I just want to throw out a few memories of Jens in some links here - some of the stuff that helps me remember the best of him.

My reaction when I got the Adam Strange Figure in the mail from him.

From me:
"I get think I get the message with Adam Strange ("Scientist becomes an action hero...who is STILL A frickin' Scientist")."

Jens' reply:
you're pretty close to the message, you just need to add, "with a strong sense of family" to it.



That was the Jens I'll remember.

A few years back, I was living in an apartment in Glendale, not looking forward to Christmas at all.

Get a package in the mail.

James Bond themes burned to a CD. It was so cool. From Jens.

So I thought I'd return the favor last year when the Doctor Who season 5 soundtrack had finally come out as I'd found a few You Tube mashups he and I both liked but the music itself hadn't appeared yet.

And he'd already bought the damn thing.
