At least, it's legal where the server is hosted. www.kino.to is a site that offers old and new movies as streaming videos to watch. No download, no copying of anything, therefore supposedly completely legal.
Supposedly, as in: I'm no lawyer, I don't even play one on TV, and I haven't looked into it yet. I only got the link today. But since there seems to be no copying of anything involved, it doesn't seem to violate copyright.
