Hijacking this thread, in the spirit of positivity. Which means this: I would like everyone here to say something positive about someone else, preferably about someone they don't like, or with whom they have issues. Doesn't have to be a fellow Kboxer, it can be anyone. Like Kirk saying something nice about Rush Limbaugh, or Jesse about Dan Slott. Anyone.
I'll start.
Jesse Baker has many faults. We clash a lot, and that will never change. However, there is one thing that I respect about him.
Never mind how deep he goes into his nerdrages, there is one thing that I have never doubted: that he would be willing to say the exact things to the faces of the people he rages against. That requires a courage and integrity (or at least conviction) that not everyone has.

I could spend hours talking about my many issues with current Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. I simply cannot overstate my disagreements with his policies and his political belief system - whether it is foreign, economic, or especially social policy, or how he conducts his relations with the public and micromanges things, I think he truly holds to some backwards beliefs and encourages some of Western civilizations worst sins.
That said, the man is pragmatic enough to realize that in midst of a global economic crisis, holding to one's ideologies at the expense of the citizenry is foolhardy. He doesn't like spending like a drunken Liberal (and it shows), but he bit the bullet and did it.
